Vertical form fill seal machinery

Usually this is the standard packaging machine coupled with the multi-head weighers, but there is nothing standard about vertical form-fill-seal machinery. Depending on the application and type of bag that you want to have, a variety of packaging machinery with multitude of options can be offered: from the sloping vffs to the square tube suitable for gusseted or 4-side seal bags, brick bags with label or logo applicator for re-closable applications to zip-kit applications, you can even have complete vacuum inside the bags to bundle packs. The limit is endless and the imagination only brings about new challenges and then a new package is born.

Horizontal form fill seal machinery

This too can be linked to a multi-head weigher if packing dry, granular, and separate particulates or   can be linked to a liquid dosing system (or even both if multi-stationed). As with the vffs, there are endless possibilities with the hffs – to name a few are packages with/without vacuum, ultraclean and even aseptic version of this machine are available, multi-packs and multi-product packs can be foreseen here too.
